The whole main floor of our new house was hardwood but the color was badly outdated and areas had sustained water damage from large potted plants sitting on the floor for years. The color of the hardwood in the kitchen was different from the rest of the main floor and so bad that we had planned to replace the wood floor with tile. Then Chris Kusba of Greenleaf Hardwood Floors came to our rescue. Not only did Chris do a fabulous job of refinishing the entire main floor but the repairs on the damaged areas are virtually invisible and the kitchen now seamlessly matches the rest of the main level. We were so impressed with Chris and his team on the refinishing project that we decided to have new hardwood installed on the entire upper floor and stairways as well. The cost was only marginally more expensive than good quality broadloom but the look really kicks things up a notch. A big thank you to Chris and his expert team for giving our new home the added value of beautiful hardwood floors along with a significant increase in the elegance factor of the whole environment.

We needed to refinish our kitchen floors and install new flooring to replace our carpet. The current white wool was a disaster with 3 young kids. We discovered Chris from Green Leaf Hardwood Floors through a referral from our realtor. Chris showed up at our home on-time and made a positive first impression. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, very experienced at his craft, and seemed very trustworthy. His quote was very competitive, and I also liked that I was dealing with the business owner, which cuts out the middleman. Chris was very communicative throughout the construction process and finished our job on time. His team, Adam and Roman, were highly skilled and kind. It's always a bonus to have people you like working at your home. The finished result was WOW! The boards were laid tightly with no gaps and the sanding was scrupulously done, down to the edges. And the finish looks and feels so smooth on the bottoms of my bare feet. Our home transmits more of an elegance. Green Leaf Hardwood Floors exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend Chris enough! His integrity, attention to detail, quality work, and bright personality, really makes Chris the full package.
